We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal/Senior AI Engineer specializing in Graph Data Science to join our advanced analytics team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions leveraging graph-based techniques to solve complex business and technical challenges. This role requires a strong combination of machine learning, graph algorithms, and data engineering Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and optimize graph-based AI/ML models for real-world applications (recommendations, fraud detection, network analysis, knowledge graphs, etc.).

- Conduct research on cutting-edge graph data science techniques, algorithms, and neural network architectures (e.g., Graph Neural Networks).

- Collaborate with data engineers and software developers to integrate graph-based models into production systems.

- Analyze large, heterogeneous datasets to identify patterns, relationships, and anomalies using graph analytics.

- Develop scalable and efficient data pipelines for graph processing and model training.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior AI engineers and data scientists.

- Ensure AI solutions are interpretable, reliable, and maintainable, following best practices in MLOps and reproducible research.

- Stay updated with latest developments in graph data science, AI/ML, and related technologies, and propose innovative solutions.

- Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to strategic AI initiatives within the Skills & Qualifications :

- 5-7 years of experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus on graph data science or related fields.

- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other ML frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with graph databases and frameworks such as Neo4j, TigerGraph, NetworkX, DGL, PyG (PyTorch Geometric).

- Strong understanding of graph theory, network analysis, and graph algorithms (PageRank, centrality measures, community detection, etc.).

- Experience with large-scale data processing tools like Spark, Hadoop, or distributed graph processing systems.

- Familiarity with MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring in production environments.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business problems into AI/ML solutions.

- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional :

- Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.

- Experience in knowledge graphs, recommendation systems, or social network analysis.
