Job Title: Senior Data ScientistLocation: Hyderabad / Pune Experience: 8+ Years (Senior Level)Compensation: ₹2.6 Lakh per monthQualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s Data Science, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AI/ML), Statistics, Mathematics, or related fieldsAbout the Role:We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist to lead and deliver advanced analytics and AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will work on large-scale datasets, build production-grade machine learning models, and collaborate closely with business, engineering, and product teams to drive data-driven decisions.Roles & ResponsibilitiesAnalyze large and complex datasets to uncover actionable insights and patternsDesign, develop, and optimize Machine Learning and AI models for predictive and prescriptive analyticsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable data solutionsBuild and maintain data pipelines; perform data wrangling using Python, R, and SQLCommunicate insights through effective data visualization and storytellingEvaluate, monitor, and continuously improve model performanceDeploy and manage ML/AI models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with organizational standardsMust-Have Skills:8–10+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science / Machine Learning / AI projectsStrong proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) or RDeep understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data mining techniquesStrong SQL skills and experience with data pipelines (Airflow, Spark, etc.)Experience with data visualization tools: Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, SeabornHands-on experience with cloud ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Google AI Platform)Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsGood-to-Have Skills:Experience in Deep Learning, NLP, or Time Series AnalysisExposure to MLOps and CI/CD pipelines for ML deploymentExperience in Prompt Engineering, RAG, Context Engineering, or Agentic AIRelevant certifications or strong project portfolios in Data Science / ML
