We specialize in engineering operations & maintenance, housekeeping, security, pest control, environmental management, office support, and legal consultancy.
Managing over 3 million sq.ft. of property, we are committed to excellence, statutory compliance, and sustainable practices.
Key Responsibilities (KRA):
- Manage and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and service feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, technical, housekeeping, security, etc.) to ensure prompt service delivery.
- Monitor and resolve complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of client interactions using CRM tools.
- Identify service improvement opportunities and develop strategies to enhance customer experience.
- Conduct regular client meetings and feedback sessions to assess service quality and expectations.
- Ensure compliance with service-level agreements and escalate unresolved issues to management when necessary.
- Support the business development team by building strong client references and fostering repeat business.
- Generate and present customer service reports and insights to leadership for continuous improvement.
Required Skillsets:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Good understanding of facility/property management operations is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proven conflict resolution and negotiation capabilities.
- High attention to detail and record-keeping accuracy.
- Ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
