We combine design thinking with AIpowered engineering to deliver scalable, innovative solutions for global clients.Job Overview :We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead and drive delivery of high-impact projects. The role demands strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a proven ability to deliver complex software projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will balance technical understanding with strategic execution, ensuring seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities :- Lead end-to-end project delivery, from initiation to closure, ensuring quality and timeliness.- Drive project planning, scope, timelines, risk management, and resource allocation.- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, aligning delivery with client expectations.- Act as the primary client interface, handling communication, escalations, and reporting.- Collaborate with engineering, QA, DevOps, and design teams for smooth execution.- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies and track project KPIs using tools like JIRA/Confluence.- Ensure compliance with quality gates, SLAs, and AI/GenAI-driven governance models.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for productivity, cost optimization, and delivery excellence.Required Skills & Qualifications :- Experience : 5- 8 years in IT project management, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.- Proven track record in delivering software development / product engineering projects.- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.- Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, Asana, or similar).- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.- Technical understanding of software engineering, cloud, or AI-led projects is a plus.Good to Have :- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or SAFe are preferred.
