This role focuses on hands-on deployment, reliability, and operational excellence to ensure secure, scalable, and cost-efficient AI systems. Key Responsibilities: Deploy and manage cloud/on-prem GPU environments and development systems. Maintain system administration, monitoring, and backup/recovery processes. Install and manage AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, etc.). Set up containerized and reproducible environments (Docker, Kubernetes). Implement data-security and access-control policies aligned with Responsible AI standards. Monitor cloud and GPU utilization for cost and performance optimization. Provide technical support, training, and documentation for faculty and students.Skills & Competencies: Proficiency in AI frameworks and tools (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Experience with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Git). Cloud expertise (AWS, Azure, GCP). Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control. Strong understanding of data security and ethical AI compliance.
