Job Summary 

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Senior Analytics Consultant to join our Amway team at TEG Analytics. This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on expertise in data tools, and the ability to translate data into meaningful insights that drive business outcomes. 

You will be working on large-scale analytics initiatives, leveraging SQL, Big Query, GCP, and Tableau to deliver impactful dashboards, reports, and analyses. This is a client-facing role that involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery and measurable business value. 

What You'll Do: 

  • Client Collaboration: Partner with business teams and senior stakeholders to understand requirements, provide actionable insights, and ensure alignment with business goals. 
  • Business Insight: Grasp business models, synthesize available information, and strategize for comprehensive analyses. 
  • Automation Wizardry: Streamline client reporting through automation for enhanced efficiency. 
  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Build, optimize, and maintain SQL queries and GCP pipelines to deliver accurate and timely analytics for Amway stakeholders 
  • Dashboard Development: Create insightful Tableau dashboards, implementing advanced calculations and visualization best practices for business decision-making 
  • Cloud Platform Expertise: Work extensively on Google Big Query and Data form for data modelling, pipeline management, and performance optimization 
  • High-Impact Project: Lead impactful projects aligned with bottom-line impact, collaborating with Delivery Managers. 
  • Statistical Collaboration: Partner with the statistical team to create models and deliver compelling results. 
  • Adaptability: Address ad hoc requirements with agility, showcasing high-calibre business analysis skills 

Experience You'll Need: 

  • Education: Graduate/Postgraduate from Tier 1/Tier 2 institutions. 
  • Professional Track: 3+ years as a Business Analyst/ Data Analyst. 
  • Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in SQL, Proficiency in Tableau, Hands-on experience with Google BigQuery, GCP. 
  • Communication Prowess: Good communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Business Translation: Ability to convert client briefs into actionable analytical frameworks. 
  • Collaboration: Experience working in a cross-functional, client-facing environment.
