Title: HR Business Partner - Circle HR North

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to handle a sub circle in North region. As an integral part of our HR team, you will collaborate closely with sales leaders and Cluster managers to drive business objectives through strategic HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices, a deep understanding of the sales function in a QSR setup, and the ability to provide innovative solutions to support our QSR sales teams in achieving their Partnership:

- Serve as a trusted advisor to sales leadership, providing strategic HR guidance and support to drive business results.

- Collaborate with Cluster managers to understand their business objectives and develop HR strategies that align with their goals.

- Proactively identify HR issues and opportunities within the Circle organization and develop actionable plans to address them.

Talent Management:

- Partner with Cluster managers to develop and implement talent management strategies, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention initiatives.

- Work closely with the talent acquisition team to ensure a robust pipeline of QSR store talent and support the recruitment process for key sales roles.

- Provide coaching and support to regional business managers on performance management, career development, and succession planning for their teams.

Employee Relations:

- Act as a liaison between store employees and HR, addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.

- Conduct investigations into employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers on appropriate resolution strategies.

- Monitor employee morale and engagement within the store organization and develop strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Partner with rewards leadership and compensation teams to develop and implement competitive compensation and incentive programs that drive performance and reward top performers.

- Ensure compliance with compensation policies and regulations, and provide guidance to managers on compensation-related matters.

- Support the administration of employee benefits programs and provide guidance to employees on benefits-related inquiries.

HR Operations and Compliance:

- Oversee HR operations within the circle organization, including compliance, and HRIS management.

- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and provide guidance to sales managers on HR-related compliance matters.

- Partner with the HR shared services team to deliver efficient and effective HR services to the sales Master's degree from only Tier 1 institutes. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in a sales or fast-paced environment. Atleast 2-4 years of experience is mandatory

- Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

- Budget: Maximum 25 LPA CTC
