Job Title: Network Voice architecture Location:Mumbai (Powai / Mahape) / Chennai (DLF IT Park) / Pune (Shivajinagar) Experience: 8 to 10 Years Employment Type: Contract to Hire Work Mode: Hybrid Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only Job Description: Design and implement voice systems aligned with enterprise network architecture Develop solution architectures for voice technologies and ensure compliance with security and technical standards Voice Soluct Ucisa Translate logical designs into physical infrastructure and system specifications Lead voicerelated projects and mentor junior engineers Plan schedule and execute voice network upgrades and installations Network VoSuperworks Technical Expertise Configure and manage VoIP systems SIP protocols Cisco Unified Communications and voice gateways Network VoSuperworks Monitor and optimize voice network performance and call quality Conduct regular performance tests and troubleshoot issues Network Arfor 2025 Security Compliance Implement cybersecurity strategies for voice systems Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulatory standards Voice Soluct Ucisa Innovation Strategy Scan market for emerging voice technologies and assess their impact Manage voice innovation pipeline and promote adoption of new tools and methods Voice Soluct Ucisa Documentation Reporting Maintain comprehensive documentation of network architecture and voice systems Report network operation status and performance metrics Network Arfor 2025 Collaboration Work with crossfunctional teams including IT network and security departments Provide expert advice and support to business units and leadership Voice Soluct Ucisa Required Skills Qualifications Proficiency in VoIP SIP Cisco UC network protocols and monitoring tools Experience with LANWAN SDN and cloud infrastructure Azure AWS Voice Soluct Ucisa CCNP Collaboration CCIE Collaboration CISSP ITIL PMP Voice Soluct Ucisa Bachelors degree in Computer Science Telecommunications or related field Postgraduate or professional qualifications preferred Voice Soluct Ucisa 5 years in voice solution architecture or network engineering Experience in large complex organizations or multinational environments Network VoSuperworks Voice Soluct Ucisa Strong leadership strategic thinking and problem solving abilities Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
