Key Responsibilities:


Talent Acquisition:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions, ensuring timely and effective hiring.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.


VISA Processing:

  • Manage the complete visa application process for J1 and L1 visas, including documentation, submission, and follow-up.
  • Liaise with external legal counsel and immigration authorities to ensure compliance with all visa regulations.
  • Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and policies that impact visa processing.


Stakeholder Management:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.


Process Improvement:

  • Continuously review and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement best practices in visa processing and talent acquisition.


Reporting and Analytics:

  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of all visa applications and statuses.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on visa processing.
  • Proven experience in handling J1 and L1 visa applications.
  • Strong knowledge of immigration laws and visa regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and tools.


Good to Have:

  • Experience in visa processing categories.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
  • Experience in a startup environment.
  • Familiarity with talent acquisition in the tech industry
