  • Establishing new contacts with tier 1 vendors / Clients. Someone who has been in the industry and can get the Bench candidates placed in minimal turnaround time.
  • Searching requirements for bench consultants from various sources like Prime Vendors, job portals, and other Networking sites.
  • Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice, Monster, , Twitter, Google, Free Job Sites, et
  • Checking with the consultant’s comfort on job requirements and suggesting any modifications required to improve their chances of placements.
  • Negotiating rates with vendors & managing long-term relations with them.
  • Communicating with the consultants on a daily basis and update about submissions and interviews.
  • Arranging interviews of the candidates with tier-one vendors or end clients. Follow up with the candidate and client in each stage and finally close the candidate.
  • Should be able to manage the complete cycle of Bench sales. Should have a good communication skill.
  • Maintain daily & weekly status lists of all activities through MS Excel.
  • Maintained the database of rolled-off consultants, getting their resumes ready as well as keeping track of contract details such as project extensions, and start and end dates for existing resources.
