Job Overview

We are seeking a Google Ads Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis at our Mysuru location. This mid-level role involves managing digital advertising campaigns and optimizing them for the best performance. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to maximize ROI and drive strategic marketing campaigns. The role requires certification in Google Ads and proficiency in relevant digital marketing skills.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Google Ads Certification (Mandatory skill) to demonstrate proficiency in creating effective online advertising campaigns.
  • Proven Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Management experience (Mandatory skill) to handle large-scale campaigns efficiently.
  • Strong command of Google Analytics (Mandatory skill) for monitoring performance metrics and making data-driven decisions.
  • Keyword Research and Optimization expertise to enhance ad relevance and improve search rankings.
  • Keen understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) techniques to increase website traffic conversion to customers.
  • Experience with A/B Testing to perform controlled tests and extract insights for campaign enhancement.
  • Proficiency in Data Analysis and Reporting to communicate campaign performance to stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Bid Management Tools to automate bidding strategies for optimizing ad spend.

  • Develop, implement, and manage campaigns across Google Ads platforms to achieve client goals and metrics.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to improve reach and reduce costs.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns continuously for higher performance and ROI.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and present insights to management and clients.
  • Stay updated with latest PPC trends and integrate industry best practices into the campaigns.
  • Coordinate and manage bid strategies and budgets to maximize returns on advertising investments.
  • Handle troubleshooting and optimization tasks to resolve issues promptly and maintain campaign health.
