Our Team


OFS consulting team is a team which Implements OFSAA (Oracle Financial Services Analytical Application) products for various Banks and financial institutions.


The OFSAA Applications are categorized under three major categories – ERM – Enterprise Risk Management, EPM – Enterprise Performance Management, FCCM – Financial Crime and Compliance Management. Other Technical / Functional and rest under Data Management


Looking for ERM / EPM / IFRS17 Functional Consultant who has


  • Knowledge of Banking and /or Banking Analytics experience will provide his functional inputs and work closely with both Technical and Functional subject matter experts, and other project team members to successfully deploy the OFSAA products.
  • For EPM - Should have experience in any of the following Oracle or other applications for EPM applications like Profitability (PFT), Fund Transfer Pricing (FTP), Balance sheet planning(BSP) , GL – Recon
  • For ERM - ERM applications like Basel Regulatory capital, Credit Risk, Market Risk, Asset Liability Management (ALM), Liquidity risk (LRM), Economic capital , operational Risk etc.
  • For IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) – IFRS9, IFRS17 or experience in Insurance
  • If they do not have OFS ERM / EPM / IFRS17 experience, the resource should have experience on similar products SAS, Actimize etc.
  • Adopt and contribute to ERM / EPM best practice methodologies for knowledge dissemination throughout the OFSAA Delivery organization.
  • Strong customer interaction skills and the ability to assess a client’s Business processes and strategies. In addition, must be able to lead clients through the process of integrating the ERM/EPM Products into their operational environment.
  • Implementation experience with OFSAA solutions and has been working with the Business to guide on the data mapping.
  • Should be able to come up with the BRD / functional design document etc.
  • Should be able to understand the product and work with technical consultant
  • Exposure in BFSI Domain - compliance department
  • Should have SDLC, Agile concepts and also cloud based implementation experience will be handy.
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills. The BA must be able to clearly articulate functionality and requirements to both clients and colleagues at all levels, from engineering staff to senior executive management


Your Opportunity

You will be responsible for owning the functional delivery by liaising with the client Business / Compliance experts in understanding the requirements, conducting workshops on the product, help mapping the requirements, documenting the BRD, work with Technical consultant to configure the application to do the SIT, UAT and Support for Production rollout.


Your Qualifications

  • MBAs (Finance), CAs, CFAs, with experience from MNC banks, private sector banks, rating agencies, consulting firms, or high end risk analytics KPO firms. FRM's / NCFM Certification is desirable
  • General - Knowledge of Core Banking with Expertise in one or more of the following areas - Corporate and retail credit risk, Policies and processes, credit appraisal and monitoring, credit training and scoring, credit derivatives and credit portfolio management, securitization and loan approval for retail and SME, with experience in credit scoring and IT solutions
  • For Basel II - Implementation of Basel and good knowledge of Basel and local regulatory guidelines
  • For EPM - Expert in Profitability (PFT), Fund Transfer Pricing (FTP), Balance Sheept Planning (BSP), Gl Reconciliation should have at least 3-5 years of experiences which includes exposure to risk rating, score card development and development, implementation and validation of quantitative models in credit, market and operational risk areas.
  • For ERM – Expert in Basel, Market Risk (MR) , Asset Liability Management (ALM, Counter Party Risk, Liquidity Risk, Capital Management, Basel Regulatory Capital, Economic Capital Advanced Credit Risk, Operations Risk and should have implemented these in any large Bank or Financial institution in a Functional capacity
  • For IFRS 17 - with end to end implementation experience on of the major insurance client, worked with similar products like SAS, Moodys IFRS 17 solutions, Designing process and procedure to acquire source data, modeling of IFRS17 data elements and defining a Data quality framework, understanding of Milliman Integrate (IFRS17 Engine), model designs (BBA. VFA, PAA) etc
  • Years of Experience in Implementation of OFSAA ERM / EPM or similar products in a Functional capacity.

  • Preferably from Banking domain with OFSAA product implementation experience
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies
  • Strong knowledge in ERM / EPM / IFRS17 Products
  • Desire to get upskilled to latest in Functional areas like Machine learning, Block chain etc and implement them in the project.


Your Responsibilities

As an integral part of the development team you will be responsible for the following –

  • Understanding the requirements from the Client Functional and Business Teams and qualify the requirements as per the product functionality
  • Conducts Workshops, Trainings on the product functional scope
  • Take care of the functional delivery responsibility by delivering the Mapping support, BRD preparation, support for configuration, testing and rollout
  • Working on Agile/ Water-Scrum-Fall based development methodology
  • Support the testing phase (System Testing, SIT, UAT, Production) and ensure quick turnaround of defect fixes.
