Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Fox Energy in Ahmedabad. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, implementing policies, managing employee relations, recruitment, and training, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.


Qualifications

  • HR Management, Policy Implementation, and Employee Relations skills
  • Recruitment and Training experience
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
