Job Overview :

We are seeking a talented Salesforce Developer with extensive experience in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud implementation to join our team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, configuring, and deploying Salesforce solutions tailored to the unique needs of consumer goods companies.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and drive digital transformation within the industry.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions leveraging Consumer Goods Cloud features and functionalities to meet client requirements.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and define technical solutions aligned with industry best practices.

- Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud using Consumer Goods Cloud capabilities such as retail execution, order management, and account planning.

- Develop custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes tailored to the consumer goods industry, ensuring scalability and maintainability.

- Implement and maintain Apex code, Lightning Components, Visualforce pages, and integrations to extend Salesforce functionality and integrate with external systems.

- Conduct data migration and data mapping activities to ensure a seamless transition from legacy systems to Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud.

- Perform system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and end-user training to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce solutions.

- Provide technical expertise and support to project teams, including developers, business analysts, and quality assurance, throughout the project lifecycle.

- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce platform releases, features, and best practices related to Consumer Goods Cloud, sharing knowledge and insights with internal teams and clients.

- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within Salesforce solutions, driving continuous innovation and efficiency gains.

Requirements :

- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Consumer Goods Cloud implementation.

- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and declarative tools.

- Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing settings, with the ability to design scalable and maintainable solutions.

- Experience with Salesforce integration tools and technologies, including RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs, and Salesforce Connect.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management practices, with the ability to lead and deliver projects on time and within budget.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.

- Proven ability to analyze complex business requirements, propose technical solutions, and drive successful project delivery.

- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
