About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Professional to lead and expand our presence on AWS Marketplace and other cloud marketplaces. You will be responsible for driving revenue, building strategic partnerships, executing go-to-market initiatives, and collaborating cross-functionally to strengthen our marketplace ecosystem.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in SaaS, cloud marketplaces, and B2B sales/marketing who is looking to make a significant impact in a high-growth technology company.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Strategy & Growth

  • Own and manage the full lifecycle of SaaS product listings on AWS Marketplace
  • Optimize product positioning, pricing, and SKUs across marketplaces
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal to ensure accurate and compliant listings

Business Development & Partnerships

  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with potential customers and partners within the AWS ecosystem
  • Drive co-selling initiatives and joint GTM campaigns with AWS and other cloud providers
  • Leverage AWS partner programs, co-op funds, and marketplace incentives

Operational & Revenue Management

  • Oversee contracts, billing, usage tracking, and compliance for marketplace listings
  • Track and report KPIs, revenue performance, and ROI from marketplace channels
  • Forecast growth opportunities and deliver actionable insights

Process Optimization

  • Build scalable processes for managing multiple listings, versions, and procurement models
  • Enhance customer purchase experience across cloud marketplaces
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, marketing, or business development
  • Direct hands-on experience with AWS Marketplace and its procurement models (subscriptions, contracts, private offers)
  • Strong understanding of SaaS GTM strategies and cloud ecosystem dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA, B.Com, or BBM in Marketing or Business
  • Experience with Azure Marketplace or Google Cloud Marketplace
  • Background in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, or SaaS-focused GTM roles
