Key responsibilities will include:

- Handling the Subsidiary / Group level Audits

- End to end co-ordination with Management & auditors

- Preparation of financials & its detailed schedules

- Vendor & all other reconciliations as necessary

- Preparation & coordination for multiple standalone & consolidation auditors (Internal/External/DD)

- GST reconciliations & filings (India & Singapore)

- Accounting & GL closure activities (Quick books & Zoho books)

- Handling Group level consolidation process

- Accounting, finance & reporting duties as necessary

- Driving accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end reporting and analysis

- Review the weekly payments of the company

- Managing banking relationships, cash management and other treasury related activities.

- Ensure compliance with all legislative tax and financial reporting requirements.

- Develop and document processes and policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

- Additional duties as necessary

Key skills we are looking for someone in this role:

- Candidate must be self-driven, be hands-on and motivated

- Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel & Google sheets

- Working knowledge in Quick Books & Zoho Books

- Strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard

- Strong people management skills who can manage multiple stakeholders

- Strong analytical skills and is comfortable dealing with numerical data.

- Candidate must be self-driven, be hands-on and motivated
