We are looking for a Senior Creative Strategist (Copy)with 4-6 years of experience in Delhi. We're looking for builders, drivers, micropreneurs, and problem-solvers

Skills we look for:

- Carry out creative duties on multiple brands across industries, ranging from campaign planning and ideation, to scriptwriting and copywriting.

- Lead & build a team of copywriters, with the ability to understand briefs and translate those to the team with clear directions.

- Write compelling copy, concepts, and stories to communicate brand message across consumer base.

- Present creative campaign plans and concepts to clients across brands.

- Work with the New Business team on all creative ideation and a creative showcase for pitches.

- Coordinate with the client servicing and planning team on a daily basis to ensure delivery across day-to-day operations, strategy, and outcome delivery.

- Provide visual direction to the design team on concepts across client posts, projects, and campaigns.

- Work on iterations on all tasks based on internal or external feedback, and setting & sticking to self-set practical, realistic timelines that allow enough time for ideation and finesse while also meeting client goals.

- A blend of short and long-form copywriting experience.

- A voracious reader; someone who is passionate about the English language, grammar, and copy & content writing.

- Out of the dabba thought process with proactive fresh-ideas thinking.

- Carry out in-depth research across brands and peers, target audience, and ensure awareness of and alignment with brand needs.

- Ability to manage multiple accounts + projects.

What we expect?

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

- 4-6 years of experience in copywriting, creative ideation, and social media content production.

- Deep understanding of various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube, etc.), including algorithms, formats, best practices, and trends, with the ability to develop content that maximizes engagement.

- Exceptional creativity, conceptual thinking, and storytelling skills, with a strong visual sense and attention to detail.

- An orientation to processes and a structured thought process.

- Highly motivated self-starter with an insatiable intellectual curiosity.

- Strong project management skills and experience with related management tools such as Wrike, Sprout Social, or similar platforms (e.g., Workfront, Asana, Monday.com).

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

- A digital portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative work is required; applicants without a portfolio will not be considered.
