Role Overview :

We are seeking a very experienced and highly skilled Technical Head to lead our Software Development team. The ideal candidate should have 15 years or above of hands-on experience in software development with a strong background in PHP, CodeIgniter 3 or 4 (More Inclined on CI), Laravel, MySQL, JavaScript, Linux/Unix, C++, Data Base side development, and Server Setup and configuration.

You will be responsible for overseeing the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and leading a team to build robust and scalable software applications from the ground up. Your strong problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with your ability to lead and mentor a team, will be crucial in driving the technical success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities :

Leadership & Team Management :

- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high levels of motivation and productivity. Foster a collaborative and innovative environment within the team.

- Provide technical guidance and support to team members in various aspects of software development.

Software Development :

- Architect, design, and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software applications. Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.

- Oversee the entire SDLC from requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.

Technical Expertise :

- Utilize your deep knowledge of PHP, CodeIgniter 3 or 4 (More Focused), Laravel, MySQL, JavaScript, Linux/Unix, C++, and DB Side Development to drive technical excellence.

- Oversee and Execute Server Setup, Configuration, and Maintenance to ensure optimal performance and security.

Problem Solving & Analysis :

- Analyze complex technical problems and provide innovative and efficient solutions.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that project requirements are understood and met through deadlines.

- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high code quality.

Project Management :

- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables to ensure timely and successful project completion. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 15-20 years' experience in software development with a strong technical background.

- Proven experience in leading and managing development teams.

- Expertise in PHP, CodeIgniter 3/4, Laravel, MySQL, JavaScript, Linux/Unix, C++, DB Side Development, and Server Setup.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work on complex technical challenges.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
