We are seeking a visionary academician and healthcare leader to serve as Dean, leading the medical college towards national and global recognition. Roles & Responsibilities Lead the academic, administrative, and strategic functions of the School of Medicine. Ensure compliance with NMC (National Medical Commission) guidelines and maintain high standards in medical education. Oversee medical teaching programs, curriculum development, and student training. Manage faculty recruitment, development, and performance. Promote clinical excellence and foster a culture of research. Build collaborations with hospitals, healthcare organizations, and research bodies. Represent the institution in academic, regulatory, and public forums. Candidate Profile Recognized Professor in any medical specialty with a minimum of 10 years of experience as per NMC norms. Proven leadership and administrative experience in a medical college. Strong academic background with research and publications. Excellent communication, management, and decision-making skills.
