Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Front -End Developer who can design and develop cutting-edge web interfaces that deliver an exceptional user experience. The ideal candidate will have experience building dynamic, responsive, and visually engaging front-end architectures using modern web technologies and frameworks. You will work closely with designers, product teams, and back-end engineers to create seamless, high-performance web applications that prioritise usability, speed, and accessibility.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Modular Front-End Development: Create reusable and maintainable code using ReactJS and NextJS to build modular, component-based UIs.
  • Real-Time Interactivity: Develop rich user interactions with JavaScript and frameworks like React to provide real-time input validation, dynamic content loading, and seamless form processing.
  • Responsive Design: Implement responsive, mobile-first designs using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and Tailwind CSS, ensuring consistent user experience across various devices and browsers.
  • API Integration: Work closely with RESTful APIs to integrate payment systems, handle user authentication, and fetch dynamic content efficiently.
  • Animations and User Feedback: Use animation libraries like Framer Motion or GSAP to create smooth transitions and interactive feedback, enhancing the overall user experience.
  • Performance Optimization: Optimize web applications for speed and scalability using tools like Webpack, Lighthouse, and other performance profiling tools to ensure minimal load times and high interactivity.
  • Accessibility Compliance: Ensure that the UI complies with WCAG accessibility guidelines, allowing users of all abilities to navigate and interact with the site effortlessly.
  • Cross-Browser Compatibility: Implement cross-browser-compatible UIs by testing and debugging on major browsers to ensure consistent behaviour and performance.
  • Theming and Styling: Customize design elements with CSS Variables, Flexbox, Grid Layout, and advanced CSS techniques to match branding requirements and maintain visual consistency.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Core Technologies: Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery. Proficiency in ReactJS, NextJS, and VueJS for building dynamic UIs.
  • Responsive Frameworks: Strong knowledge of Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or similar frameworks for creating responsive, mobile-first designs.
  • API Integration: Experience working with APIs and integrating third-party services into the front-end.
  • UI/UX Design Principles: Strong understanding of user-centered design, usability principles, and best practices in creating interactive web experiences.
  • Real-Time Validation and Input Masking: Proficiency in developing real-time validation, dynamic input masking, and handling form interactions.
  • Accessibility & SEO: Knowledge of WCAG guidelines and SEO best practices to ensure accessibility and search engine visibility.
  • Version Control: Proficient in Git and version control tools like GitHub for collaboration and code management.


Preferred Skills:

  • Advanced Animation: Familiarity with animation libraries such as GSAP or Framer Motion to create smooth and engaging user interactions.
  • Performance Tuning: Experience with Webpack, Lighthouse, and other performance optimization tools to ensure high-performing web apps.
  • Back-End Knowledge: Understanding of back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js) and how they interact with the front end.
  • Server-Side Rendering: Familiarity with SSR and static site generation in NextJS to optimize rendering and improve performance.


Nice-to-Have:

  • Familiarity with modern payment processing libraries or systems.
  • Experience working with **content management systems (CMS)**like WordPress or Contentful.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI development.
