This position is ideal for individuals passionate about analytics, process optimization, and national security.Key Responsibilities: Business Process Analysis & Optimization:- Analyze business processes to identify improvement opportunities aligned with organizational goals and security protocols.- Contribute to initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, reduce risks, and strengthen security standards. Requirement Gathering & Documentation:- Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements through meetings, interviews, and data collection.- Translate business needs into data-driven specifications for analytics and technical teams. Data & Market Insights:- Collaborate with the analytics team to convert complex datasets into actionable business insights.- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify strategic opportunities and emerging trends.- Support integration of analytics solutions with business workflows for defense and law enforcement clients. Communication & Stakeholder Management:- Act as a liaison between business units, analytics teams, and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution.- Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for internal leadership and external stakeholders.- Present findings clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences. Project Coordination & Compliance:- Assist in tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and documentation standards throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related fields.- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data and deliver insights for decision-making.- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SQL or other data analysis tools.- Experience in business process analysis, workflow modeling, or requirement gathering.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.- Basic understanding of data analysis, with knowledge of Python and data visualization tools as a plus.- Ability to operate in high-pressure, confidential, and security-sensitive environments.Preferred Skills:- Understanding of defense, intelligence, or law enforcement operations and their strategic implications.- Experience with business case development, SWOT analysis, or strategic planning.- Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project).
