Description We are seeking a Business Analyst with a focus on Business and Data Analysis to join our team. You will play a crucial role in handling release management processes, deployments, and release management tools within the financial services industry. As part of a dynamic global team, you will effectively gather and document software requirements, resolve conflicts, and drive team performance, all while ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies and SDLC. #LI-DNI Responsibilities Handle release management processes, deployments, and release management tools Effectively gather and document software requirements Drive team performance and ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and SDLC Resolve conflicts through arbitration, negotiation, reasoned discussion, or critical issues Support and collaborate across functions at all levels Contribute to the migration of 2 CMS platforms to AEM Utilize proficiency in Agile Execution tools like Azure DevOps (ADO) Work effectively within a dynamic development environment and global teams Ensure attention to detail and drive team performance Apply technical knowledge of marketing technologies and digital marketing channels Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst in a technical agile software development environment Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (CMS) or any Content Management Systems (CMS)  Experience with Software as a service (SAAS) web-based applications Relevant experience in handling release management process, deployments, and release management tools Proficient knowledge of Agile Execution tools like Azure DevOps (ADO) Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) Ability to work effectively in a dynamic development environment within large, global teams Attention to detail and proven effectiveness in driving team performance Ability to resolve conflicts through arbitration, negotiation, reasoned discussion, or critical issues Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions and at all levels B2+ English level proficiency Nice to have Technical knowledge of marketing technologies along with the familiarity of HTML/CSS skills and digital marketing channels We offer Opportunity to work on technical challenges that may impact across geographies Vast opportunities for self-development: online university, knowledge sharing opportunities globally, learning opportunities through external certifications Opportunity to share your ideas on international platforms Sponsored Tech Talks & Hackathons Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions Possibility to relocate to any EPAM office for short and long-term projects Focused individual development Benefit package: Health benefits Retirement benefits Paid time off Flexible benefits Forums to explore beyond work passion (CSR, photography, painting, sports, etc.)
