The Product Executive – Marketing will be responsible for supporting the marketing and product management activities of the surgical product portfolio. The role involves market research, competitor analysis, campaign execution, sales team support, training, and ensuring effective positioning of products in line with business strategy.Product Managemento Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies for surgical products.o Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.o Coordinate with R&D and production teams for new product launches and improvements.o Monitor product performance and suggest corrective actions for sales growth.Marketing & Promotiono Plan and execute promotional activities, marketing campaigns, and product awareness programs. o Develop marketing collaterals (brochures, presentations, digital content, training modules).o Organize and participate in conferences, exhibitions, and workshops. Sales Supporto Provide product training and technical support to the sales team.o Support field teams with product knowledge, presentations, and demonstrations.o Work closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives.Customer Engagemento Gather customer feedback and work on addressing concerns in collaboration with internal teams.o Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), doctors, and hospital administrators.Reporting & Analysiso Track sales data, prepare product performance reports, and share insights with management.o Analyse ROI of marketing activities and recommend improvements.Key Skills & Competencies:• Strong understanding of marketing principles and healthcare industry trends.• Knowledge of products and their applications.• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.• Analytical and problem-solving ability with attention to detail.• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsIdeal Background:Education: MBA with a UG in sciencesExperience: 3 years of experience in Ophthalmic Surgical Sales or Marketing, and basic knowledge of the product.
