Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for an Executive Assistant, located in Meerut. The Executive Assistant will manage administrative tasks such as maintaining schedules, organizing meetings, preparing expense reports, and providing executive support. The role involves effective communication, coordination, and the ability to handle confidential information. The candidate will work closely with executives to ensure smooth operations and timely execution of responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
  • Experience with preparing and managing Expense Reports
  • Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders
  • Demonstrated expertise in providing Executive Support
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in relevant office software and tools
  • High degree of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential matters
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is preferred
