Job DescriptionJob Title: IT AdministratorLocation: Kochi, KeralaIndustry: NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company)Experience: Minimum 6 months as IT AdministratorQualification: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information TechnologySalary: 6 LPA+variablesJob SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Administrator to manage and support the IT infrastructure of our NBFC operations in Kochi. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations, system reliability, and user support.Key Responsibilities- Maintain and troubleshoot desktop systems, laptops, printers, and networking equipment. - Manage user accounts, email configurations, and access controls. - Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, internet connectivity, and firewalls. - Perform regular system backups and updates. - Provide end-user technical support for hardware and software issues. - Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment procurement and maintenance. - Ensure system security and compliance with company IT policies.Key Skills & Requirements- Hands-on experience in Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking. - Knowledge of routers, switches, and network troubleshooting. - Familiarity with antivirus management and data backup systems. - Good problem-solving and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple IT tasks.Preferred Candidate Profile- Immediate joiners preferred. - Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
