About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic GenAI Solution Architect and Pre-Sales Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in Generative AI (GenAI) technologies across AWS (highest priority), Azure, and GCP platforms. This role combines solution architecture, pre-sales leadership, and client engagement, and will play a key role in accelerating the growth of our GenAI practice.

What You'll Be Doing :

Solution Architecture & Design :

- Architect end-to-end GenAI solutions tailored to client use cases, focusing on AWS, with capabilities also across Azure and GCP.

- Evaluate and adopt cutting-edge GenAI models (e.g., LLMs, embeddings, vector DBs, LangChain, RAG).

- Design scalable, secure, and production-ready architectures for PoCs and enterprise deployments.

Business Development :

- Work with sales and GTM teams to identify new opportunities and craft GenAI-powered offerings.

- Develop go-to-market strategies and reusable solution accelerators for different industries.

- Engage with cloud partners and ecosystem stakeholders to drive joint business growth.

Pre-Sales & Client Engagement :

- Lead technical workshops, demos, and discovery sessions with clients.

- Translate business needs into technical solutions and present them clearly to executive stakeholders.

- Own and contribute to RFPs, RFIs, SOWs, and proposal responses.

- Deliver proof-of-concepts and rapid prototypes demonstrating GenAI business value.

Team Collaboration & Support :

- Guide development teams through the implementation lifecycle and ensure solution alignment with business goals.

- Bridge pre-sales and delivery to ensure a smooth handover and execution.

Knowledge Sharing & Team Development :

- Conduct internal enablement, mentoring, and training to upskill team members on GenAI tools and trends.

- Establish GenAI architecture best practices and reusable frameworks within the organization.

Key Skills & Technologies :

- Generative AI Frameworks : LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG pipelines, Vector DBs (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate)

- LLMs : OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, AWS Bedrock models (Titan, Claude, Jurassic), Azure OpenAI

Cloud Platforms :

- AWS (primary) : Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, ECS, S3, API Gateway

- Azure : OpenAI, Azure ML, Logic Apps, Cognitive Services

- GCP : Vertex AI, PaLM models, Cloud Functions

- DevOps & MLOps Tools : Git, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes

- Programming : Python (preferred), JavaScript/TypeScript (for integration with apps), REST APIs

- Other : Prompt engineering, semantic search, vector embeddings, security & data governance in AI

Preferred Qualifications :

- 7+ years in solution architecture or technical consulting, with 2+ years in GenAI/AI/ML

- Hands-on experience designing and deploying production-grade AI solutions on cloud

- Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills

- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes

- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or related field
