About the Role:

- We are seeking a seasoned Oracle PPM Consultant to join our growing team.

- In this role, you will leverage your deep understanding of Oracle PPM and strong business acumen to guide clients through successful implementations, ensuring their project financials, grants, and revenue management processes are optimized within the platform.

- You will play a pivotal role in all stages of the project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to configuration, training, and Conduct comprehensive requirement gathering sessions and workshops for Project Financials (Costing, Planning, Billing, Contracts), Grants, and Revenue Management modules.

- Lead Conference Room Pilots (CRPs) to validate client requirements and ensure system configurations meet their needs.

- Provide hands-on functional and configuration support for Project Financials, Grants, and Revenue Management functionalities.

- Document business process flows and collaborate with clients to identify and recommend best practices.

- Design, build, and support integrations between Oracle PPM and third-party systems or other Oracle modules as -required by client processes.

- Develop and test custom reports and dashboards to fulfill specific client reporting needs.

- Perform financial reconciliations between Oracle PPM and the General Ledger (GL) and other integrated subledger modules.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 6-8 years of experience as an Oracle PPM Consultant or a related role.

- In-depth knowledge of Oracle PPM modules, including Project Accounting, Grants, Project Costing, Project Billing, and Revenue Management.

- Proven experience in conducting requirement gathering sessions, facilitating workshops, and leading Configuration Room Pilots (CRPs).

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.

- Experience with ERP integrations and data migration techniques (a plus).

- Proficiency in designing and developing custom reports and dashboards using Oracle PPM tools (a plus).

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage client expectations.

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and work independently while also being a strong team player.

- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
