Job Title: PPM Functional Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled PPM Functional Consultant to join our team at Vigilant Computechologies Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle PPM cloud and excellent technical and functional skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement Oracle PPM cloud solutions for clients
  • Provide technical and functional expertise on PPM cloud offerings
  • Develop and maintain PPM cloud integrations with other systems
  • Configure and customize PPM cloud reports and analytics
  • Design and implement PPM cloud security and workflows
  • Provide end-user training and support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of implementation experience in Oracle PPM cloud
  • Good understanding of PPM batch process, PPM Reports (OTBI, analytics), and PPM Integrations with offerings (ERP Cloud, SCM Cloud)
  • Minimum 8+ prior year experience in Oracle EBS with 2-3+ years of functional experience in Project Accounting modules
  • Good functional knowledge and hands-on experience on Oracle PPM cloud offerings such as Project Costing, Project Contracts, Project Billing, and Project Control
  • Experience in business process mapping, fit/gap analysis, and Level 1-3 finance business process
  • Certification in PPM offerings is preferred
  • Experience in functional specifications, OTBI reports, and analytics configuration of Oracle templates in BI Publisher
  • Good understanding of Oracle PPM cloud integration points, data loaders, and spreadsheet data loader
  • Experience in PPM cloud security and workflows
  • Experience in providing end-user training
  • Excellent communication skills to discuss technical and functional issues/solutions with executives, support, and customer personnel
  • Experience in communicating and collaborating across all levels of an organization
  • Self-driven, motivated, proactive, well-organized, and a thorough planner
  • Highly skilled at problem-solving and highly developed analytical skills
