About the Role: Rexus India is looking for askilled and detail-oriented Financial Accountant / Account Executivewith hands-on experience inaccounts receivable, taxation, Tally, and Excel. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills and be capable of managingend-to-end accounting operationsefficiently. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintainaccounts receivable ledgersand follow up with clients for timely collections. Perform accounting tasks inTally ERP, including data entry, ledger posting, and voucher creation. Prepare and fileGST returns,TDS statements, and ensure statutory compliance. Reconcile day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records. Generate financial reports, MIS, and data summaries usingMicrosoft Excel(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.). Coordinate with internal departments and clients regarding payment updates, invoices, and clarifications. Support external and internalaudit processesand ensure all documentation is maintained. Trackinvoicing, purchase orders (POs), and payment statuseson a regular basis. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degreein Commerce, Accounting, or a related field. Required Skills: 4 to 5+ yearsof hands-on experience in accounting with a focus onreceivables management. Proficiency inTally ERPandMicrosoft Excel. Strong understanding ofGST, TDS, and Indian taxation rules. ExcellentEnglish communication skills(verbal and written). Ability towork independentlyand manage multiple deadlines effectively. ⭐Preferred Skills: Prior experience in acorporate or professional environment. Exposure to working withglobal clientsandcross-functional teams. Familiarity with basic accounting automation tools or financial CRMs is a plus.
