Job Title:Principal/Staff RFIC Engineer (PA, LNA, FEM IC Development) Location- Bengaluru,KA Experience: 8–10+ yearsJob decription:We are seeking an experienced RF Engineer with deep expertise inPower Amplifiers (PAs) ,Low Noise Amplifiers (LNAs) , andFront-End Module (FEM) ICdevelopment. The role involves end-to-end design, simulation, validation, and optimization of RF circuits acrossX/Ku/Ka/E bands .Key Responsibilities Design, simulate, and layoutPA, LNA, and FEM ICsfor multi-band RF applications. Optimize RF performance forlinearity, noise figure, gain, power efficiency, and bandwidth . Conduct EM simulations and ensure design robustness. Develop test plans and perform RF characterization using VNAs, spectrum analyzers, and other RF test equipment. Debug and resolve RF design issues throughout the development cycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirements, reviews, and design integration. Guide junior engineers and support methodology improvements.Essential Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s inElectrical Engineeringor related field. 8–10+ yearsof hands-on experience inRF IC design(PAs, LNAs, FEMs). Strong foundation inRF circuit theory , impedance matching, and transmission line concepts. Proficiency with RF design/simulation tools ( ADS, AWR Microwave Office , or similar). Experience in RF measurements and lab debugging. Knowledge ofGaN, GaAs, SiGesemiconductor technologies and RF IC processes
