Job Overview TheParent Relationship Associate – Collectionswill be responsible for managing fee collections and maintaining healthy relationships with parents/guardians at Vidyapeeth centers. The role involves regular follow-ups, payment coordination, and resolution of fee-related concerns while ensuring a professional and empathetic approach. This position plays a critical role in revenue realization and parent satisfaction.Key Responsibilities Coordinate with parents/guardians regardingpending fees, installments, and overdue payments Conducttelephonic follow-ups, WhatsApp communication, and in-person discussionsfor fee recovery Maintain accurate records of collections, commitments, and payment statuses Explainfee structures, payment plans, due dates, and policiesclearly to parents Escalate critical cases to senior management as per defined protocols Resolve parent queries related to payments in apolite and solution-oriented manner Collaborate with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth parent communication Ensure timely achievement ofmonthly collection targets Maintain confidentiality of financial and student-related data Generate and share regularcollection reports and MISwith the concerned teamRequired Skills & Competencies Strongcommunication and negotiation skills Ability to handledifficult conversations professionally and empathetically Good follow-up and persuasion skills Basic knowledge ofcollections, recovery, or fee management Comfortable withcalling-based rolesand payment discussions Proficient inMS Excel / Google Sheetsfor tracking and reporting High level of integrity, patience, and accountabilityEligibility Criteria Graduation in any discipline (Commerce / Management preferred) 1–3 years of experience incollections, recovery, customer service, or parent-facing roles Experience inEdTech / Education / Banking / NBFC / Telecom collectionsis an added advantage Comfortable working in an onsite, target-driven environment
