Executive - Business FinanceImmediate opening for Executive - Business Finance with Ness Digital EngineeringJob Location : MumbaiWork type : Hybrid (3 days work from office)Key Responsibilities- Prepare and analyze service line financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.- Support business finance reporting and provide insights for decision-making.- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for business units.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track financial performance and identify improvement opportunities.- Develop and maintain dashboards, MIS reports, and financial models for management review.- Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate policies.Required Skills & Competencies- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1 to 3 years of post-qualification experience in FP&A / Business Finance.- Exposure to IT industry finance processes is preferred.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.- Proficiency in MS Excel, financial modeling, and reporting tools.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
