Assistant General Manager - Human Resources
Location: Jaipur (In office Monday - Saturday - 10 am to 7pm)
Salary: CTC 9 lacs per annum

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager - Human Resources (AGM-HR) to oversee and manage all HR functions within the company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our HR Management System (HRMS), ensuring compliance with statutory regulations like PF and ESI, overseeing payroll processing, and leading recruitment efforts. This role is crucial for maintaining a productive and compliant workforce, and ensuring the smooth operation of all HR-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Management:
- Oversee the HR Management System (HRMS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
- Manage employee relations and address any issues or grievances that may arise.
- Statutory Compliance:
- Ensure the company’s compliance with all statutory requirements, including Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), labor laws, and other relevant regulations.
- Regularly audit HR processes and records to ensure compliance with government regulations.
- Payroll Management:
- Supervise the payroll process to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Handle employee compensation, benefits, and any related issues or queries.
- Recruitment:
- Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Work closely with department heads to identify staffing needs and ensure that positions are filled with qualified candidates.
- Employee Relations and Development:
- Foster a positive work environment and maintain open communication channels between management and employees.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
Qualifications:
- Experience in HR management, preferably in the service or manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of HRMS, statutory compliance (PF, ESI), payroll management, and recruitment processes.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Proficiency in Implementing & Managing HRMS and MS Office Suite
