Key Responsibilities:


1. Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales growth for Nanak Marbles and Stonique by NM.
  • Lead and manage all marketing efforts, including digital marketing, branding, advertising, and promotions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business objectives.


2. Digital Marketing:

  • Oversee the creation and management of online marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Manage the company’s online presence across platforms like Instagram, , and other relevant social media channels.
  • Analyze digital marketing metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance and ROI.


3. Brand Management:

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media and industry influencers to enhance brand visibility.


4. Offline Marketing:

  • Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns, including print ads, trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events.
  • Coordinate with designers, printers, and other vendors to produce marketing materials.


5. Team Management:

  • Build, lead, and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
  • Foster a collaborative environment to encourage creativity and innovation within the team.


6. Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Use insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns in both online and offline domains.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the stone, construction, or related industries is a plus.
