We're looking for an experienced Technical Trainer to join our Cyber Academy team. Reporting to the Manager, Technical Training Delivery, you'll be responsible for:

- Instructing Zscaler technical courses and certifications online and in-class with professionalism and effective techniques

- Configuring and troubleshooting Zscaler training environments, including Zero Trust Exchange, Cloud Protection solutions, and network services, while managing remote labs, configuring student pods, and resolving issues

- Managing class rosters, track attendance, and collect post-class surveys

- Providing support and assistance to students as needed

- Delivering training onsite or virtually, with up to 90% travel, including remote locations in India, and flexibility across APJ time zones

What Were Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

- 4+ years of experience in technical training

- Detail-oriented with the ability to tailor training to the target audience

- Ability to mentor and influence effectively

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

- Experience as a technical instructor in network security, cloud, or SaaS technology

- Bachelors degree in a technology major with a minor in communications, or equivalent technical/communications certifications

- Strong classroom skills: presentation, listening, engagement, cultural sensitivity, and understanding
