We’re looking for ahands-on Performance Marketerwho can runGoogle Ads + Meta Adsand consistently generate100+ quality salon leads per day(hair, skin, beauty, bridal, packages, etc.). What you’ll doPlan, launch & managelead generation campaignsfor salon services on: Google Search, Display & YouTube Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Dokeyword research, audience targeting & biddingto drive walk-ins & pre-booked appointments. Write strongad copiesand coordinate on creatives (or use basic tools like Canva). Set up & manage: Lead forms(website, instant forms, WhatsApp click-to-chat) Tracking– pixels, Google Tag Manager, conversions. Monitor and optimize campaignsdailyfor: Cost per lead (CPL) CTR & conversion rate RunA/B testson creatives, offers, audiences & landing pages. Sharesimple daily/weekly reportson spend, leads, CPL & ROI. Work closely with thefront office / CRM teamto improvelead qualityand show-to-appointment conversion. What we’re looking for2–5 yearsof experience runningGoogle Ads & Meta Ads for lead generation(salon / clinic / local service business experience is a big plus). Strong understanding ofperformance metrics– CPL, CAC, ROAS, etc. Hands-on with: Google Ads Manager Facebook Business Manager Google Analytics / GA4 Pixel & conversion tracking Able toown the entire funnel end-to-end– from planning to execution to reporting. Good communication skills and basic creative sense for ad creatives & offers. What success looks like100+ qualified salon leads per daywithin the agreed budget.
