Role Overview :


As a Senior UI/UX Designer at NMG Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our products' user experiences. You will get a chance to lead a team of designers and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our designs align with our business goals and provide an exceptional user journey. If you are passionate about conceptualizing, designing, and delivering solutions for various digital delivery platforms including web, mobile and tablet platform, creating intuitive and visually stunning user interfaces, and you have a strong track record of leadership and communication skills, we want to hear from you


Key Responsibilities :


- Hands on experience in designing international standard websites and mobile apps.

- Should have knowledge of UI/ UX processes.

- Extensive experience with Adobe Photoshop / XD, Sketch & FIGMA tool

- Extensive experience with Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva / Adobe Premiere / After Effects

- Extensive experience in mobile app designing.

- High End Design & UI abilities for International Clients

- Should be Proficient in any Wireframing tools e.g., Axure or Balsamiq

- Good communication skills and will be able to handle client communication.

- Design Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers, providing guidance and expertise to deliver world-class user interfaces.

- User-Cantered Design : Drive user-cantered design processes, including user research, usability testing, and persona development to inform design decisions.

- Design Strategy : Develop and execute a cohesive design strategy that aligns with clients project vision and business objectives.

- Prototyping : Create interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively.

- Collaboration : Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design solutions.

- Quality Assurance : Maintain design quality and consistency across all platforms, ensuring a high level of user satisfaction.

- Communication : Clearly articulate design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams and stakeholders, promoting a deep understanding of design decisions.

- Stay Current : Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in UI/UX Skills :


- Any degree or Diploma in UI/UX design, graphic design, or a related field is a plus.

- 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.


- Proven experience in leading and mentoring design teams.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.

- Strong understanding of user-cantered design principles and methodologies.

- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present and justify design decisions effectively.

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development is a plus.

- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment is preferred.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.

- Detail-oriented with a passion for pixel-perfect designs.
