Earthful is an early stage startup and hence the candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the founders. We are looking for a candidate passionate about scaling a startup.@ www.instagram.com/earthful.me/@ www.linkedin.com/company/earthfulme/Location: Full-time position, based out of HyderabadResponsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels across multiple warehouse locations. - Forecast demand and plan inventory needs for raw materials, packaging, and finished products to ensure continuous supply and avoid stockouts or overstocking. - Monitor inventory turnover rates and implement corrective actions where necessary. - Maintain and update inventory records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all transactions.Skills- Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, and inventory planning, ideally within a nutraceuticals or FMCG environment. - Strong understanding of inventory management systems (ERP systems) and warehouse management software. - Experience with forecasting, demand planning, and stock optimization techniques. - Excellent organizational and analytical skills. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to lead and manage warehouse teams effectively. - Knowledge of industry regulations for handling nutraceutical products.Be a part of Earthful’s Family
