**Job Title: Inventory Managing Assistant**
**Job Summary**:
The Inventory Managing Assistant supports the day-to-day operations of inventory control by maintaining accurate inventory records, assisting with inventory audits, tracking stock movements, and ensuring proper storage and organization of materials or products. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient flow of goods and preventing stock discrepancies.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist with receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming stock.
- Organize and label inventory in designated storage areas.
- Monitor stock levels and report low inventory or discrepancies to management.
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual audits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory databases and records.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Support the implementation of inventory management systems and procedures.
- Ensures availability of labor and materials.
- Ensure inventory areas are clean, safe, and well-organized.
- Assign tasks and schedules to laborers.
- Experience in industrial or factory environments.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in inventory management, warehousing, or logistics preferred.
- Familiarity with inventory software (e.g., NetSuite, Fishbowl, Zoho Inventory) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to lift and move items as required (up to [insert weight] lbs/kgs).
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
