Senior Executive - Private Schools & Partner Sales

- A deep understanding of private school dynamics is essential, including familiarity with decision-making processes, budget allocations, and procurement procedures

- Problem-solving abilities are required to identify challenges faced by private schools and propose tailored solutions using iDream Education's products

- The candidate should have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and be capable of collaborating effectively with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support

- In-depth industry knowledge, including current trends, challenges, and opportunities, particularly within the private school segment, is necessary. Proficiency in consultative selling techniques and strong presentation skills are also required to effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of iDream Education's solutions to key stakeholders

- Additionally, the candidate should have the capability to conduct market research, possess strong networking abilities to build relationships with key decision-makers and demonstrate empathy towards the challenges faced by educators and administrators in private schools, offering solutions that address their needs effectively

Role and Responsibilities of this Profile:

- Identify and prospect potential private schools as well as partner organizations for collaboration

- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of iDream Education's solutions

- Develop customized sales proposals and negotiate contracts with private schools and partners

- Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and partners

- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to foster loyalty and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling

- Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and market demands
