Exposure toglobal delivery modelsand distributed teams.Key Responsibilities: Analyze customer requirements and define detailed test cases, ensuring full traceability with specifications. Develop and execute test plans for functional, non-functional, regression, and integration testing. Continuously enhance and maintain the non-regression test repository as part of the change management plan. Conduct functional, system, and integration testing across backend, middleware, and API layers. Perform REST API testing using tools like Postman and Swagger. Automate test suites using tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber, Robot Framework, and scripting languages like Python. Collaborate with developers and DevOps teams to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins). Identify, log, and manage defects; participate in defect triage and ensure timely resolution. Contribute to defining and improving QA methodologies, techniques, and processes. Work closely with cross-functional, globally distributed teams for project delivery. Perform SQL-based validations and basic database testing.
