The ideal candidate should have strong experience in real estate sales, an exceptional ability to close high-value deals, and a proven track record of managing and mentoring high-performing teams.Key Responsibilities- Lead, manage, and mentor the Sales Closing team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Drive end-to-end closing of real estate transactions, ensuring seamless customer experience and high conversion ratios.- Build strong relationships with high-net-worth customers, channel partners, and key stakeholders to accelerate closures.- Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Marketing, Customer Relations, and On-ground teams to ensure smooth sales operations.- Conduct regular performance reviews, train team members, and implement strategies to enhance productivity and closure efficiency.- Analyse sales metrics, market trends, and customer insights to improve conversion strategies.- Ensure adherence to process, documentation accuracy, and compliance with company policies.- Handle escalations and provide solutions to drive successful deal closures.Required Skills & Competencies:- 7-14 years of experience in real estate sales, with strong exposure to direct closing and team management.- Proven track record of closing high-value deals in residential real estate.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.- Strong leadership capability with experience managing large or mid-sized teams.- High customer orientation, problem-solving ability, and a performance-driven mindset.- MBA from a recognized institution is mandatory.Why Join Us:- Opportunity to lead a high-impact sales function.- Exposure to premium real estate projects.- Competitive compensation with performance incentives.
