Core Responsibilities:
- System administration and troubleshooting, data cabling and networking in a variety of software and hardware environments. Troubleshoot challenging IT problems.
- Support and assist users troubleshooting technical problems in the business application systems, such as CRM, LMS, HRMS and ERP system.
- Strictly follow the information security policy and procedures to ensure the ISO 27001 compliance
- Ensure infrastructure networking and computing systems remain available during production hours to meet the IT department support SLA
- Assist in implementing reliable technical solutions that will be deployed to multiple geographical locations and global employees
- Create, review, and update knowledge base documentation and standard operation procedures
- Provide high quality support for computer hardware, operating systems, or enterprise application software
- Interact with management and staff to provide analytical and technical assistance for continuous improvement of IT solutions.
- Provide technical training to team members and employees.
What it Takes to be Successful:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Management Information System, Engineering, or other related field
- Experience with supporting remote users and mission-critical enterprise applications
- 4 Years of experience in supporting mission-critical IT systems
- 2 Years of experience in system administration of Windows Servers and Active Directory
