Role Summary:The Automation Engineer – RPA develops workflow automation solutions for business and project processes using low-code/no-code platforms and custom development. You’ll work with experienced mentors, tackle real challenges, and grow your skills in an environment that values innovation, collaboration, and tangible impact.Key Responsibilities:- Develop workflow and business applications using PowerApps, SharePoint, Power Automate, and other RPA platforms. - Automate repetitive processes such as document routing, reporting, approvals, and data integration. - Collaborate with stakeholders (Engineering, PMO, HR, etc.) to capture requirements and deliver scalable solutions. - Create dashboards, reports, and trackers to improve project visibility and decision-making. - Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRMS, etc.) via APIs and connectors. - Ensure solutions are secure, maintainable, and compliant with organizational policies. - Provide training and user support for adopted solutions.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with a relevant experience of 1-5 years. - Hands-on experience in PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint, or similar RPA platforms. - Web Scraping & Automation using tools like BeautifulSoup, Selenium, or Requests to extract and interact with web data. - Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) for data storage and retrieval - Basic understanding of JavaScript or Node.js for integrating with web-based automation or building lightweight backend services - Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and integration techniques. - Understanding of security and compliance in automation workflows (e.g., data privacy, access controls) - Experience in workflow mapping and process optimization. - Good knowledge of data modeling, dashboards, and reporting tools. - Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work in cross-functional teams. - Excellent documentation and communication skills.
