Our formulations are backed by clinical research, third-party testing, and complete transparency — because we believe consumers and healthcare professionals alike deserve both results and trust.

We operate through two primary channels:

- Direct-to-Consumer (DTC): Via our online platforms, focused on products that empower consumers to take charge of their health

- Healthcare Practitioner (HCP) Channel: Focused on a clinical line of products that support clinicians in their practice with evidence-based nutritional co-therapies. This channel is largely focused on cosmetic dermatologists and surgeons.

We are looking to scale the HCP channel and are looking for someone to lead the marketing engine to support this growth.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive Nutrova's doctor channel marketing – a hybrid role combining strategic thinking, brand leadership, and hands-on execution. You will shape how Nutrova is perceived by the medical community, drive product education and awareness, and ensure that our sales force is equipped with powerful tools and messaging to succeed in the field.

You'll report directly to the CEO and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Medical Affairs, Operations, and Digital Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy

- Work with Nutrova's leadership to develop and execute medium- and long-term strategies to grow Nutrova's business through the HCP channel

- Work on defining positioning, messaging, and campaign themes for doctor-targeted communication

- Identify new therapeutic areas and evaluate product-market fit for upcoming innovations

Marketing & Execution

- Plan and execute the marketing calendar and budget for the doctor channel

- Oversee all collateral development: visual aids, in-clinic branding, doctor-facing content, etc.

- Lead the coordination and execution of conferences, CMEs, and doctor engagement programs

- Align HCP initiatives with Nutrova's brand values and scientific rigor

Sales Enablement & Field Impact

- Collaborate with the Medical Affairs team to develop sales training modules and scientific content

- Equip the sales force with compelling promotional tools and campaign support

- Ensure field teams are aligned with brand messaging and product strategy

Cross-functional Collaboration

- Work with Sales leadership to refine messaging and customer insights

- Collaborate with Digital Marketing to create integrated, multi-channel campaigns

- Partner with external stakeholders (KOLs, associations, agencies) to strengthen Nutrova's doctor-facing presence

Qualifications

Education & Experience

- Master's degree in Health Sciences or Management (MBA preferred)

- 6+ years in the pharmaceutical or nutraceutical industry, including:


• Minimum 3 years in a product management role


• Experience in doctor sales at any level is preferred

Required Competencies

- Proven success in HCP marketing and promotional campaign development

- Strong understanding of medical content, clinical data, and regulatory nuance

- Track record of working with field sales teams to drive on-ground adoption

- Deep understanding of doctor behavior and market dynamics

- KOL engagement and CME/conference participation experience

- Analytical ability to interpret market trends and campaign performance

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

- Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
