About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, researching, and nurturing potential clients to expand our business network. You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies, manage lead funnels, and drive client engagement.


This is a three-month probationary period offering a stipend of 25,000 INR along with incentives, with the potential to transition into a permanent position based on performance evaluation.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients and target market segments.
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies through online platforms, social media, and industry events.
  • Maintain and update lead databases with accurate, detailed information.
  • Qualify leads through research and outreach before passing them to the sales team.
  • Initiate contact with potential clients via calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between potential clients and the sales team.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and pitches.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential markets.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.
  • Utilize CRM and project management tools to track leads and project progress.
  • Prepare documentation and status reports for the sales team.


Qualifications:

  • Proven skills in lead generation and new business development.
  • Strong communication and sales abilities with a focus on delivering results.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills to identify and pursue opportunities.
  • Solid understanding of sustainable initiatives and eco-conscious business practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
