Job Overview We are seeking a Stores Executive to join our team at ARYA INDUSTRIAL SOLUTIONS, located in Vadodara. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of work experience. The candidate will be responsible for managing inventory and ensuring efficient store operations to contribute to our industrial solutions' success.


  • Qualifications and Skills- Minimum of 4 years of experience in inventory management, focusing on maintaining stock accuracy and efficient operations (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong expertise in supply chain management to optimize material flow and minimize costs across the business.
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods efficiently and safely.
  • Experience in stock control techniques, ensuring accurate recording and reporting of inventory data.
  • Logistics knowledge to manage and coordinate transportation and delivery of materials effectively.
  • Ability to manage vendor relationships, negotiate terms, and ensure timely supply of materials.
  • Skilled in order fulfilment processes, ensuring customer orders are processed and delivered accurately and on time.
  • Proficient in data analysis to interpret inventory reports and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.


  • Roles and Responsibilities- Oversee the entire stores operations, ensuring inventory accuracy and efficient flow of materials within the facility.
  • Implement inventory management strategies to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce excessive inventory costs.
  • Coordinate with supply chain teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage warehouse and stock control activities to ensure safe and organized storage of materials.
  • Develop and maintain positive vendor relationships, negotiating favourable terms and timely deliveries.
  • Monitor and analyse inventory data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all store operations.
  • Assist with developing efficient order fulfilment processes to meet customer demands and reduce lead times.
