As part of this project, your role as Sourcing Specialist will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs.



Job requirements:

  • Execute strategy for Indirect Strategic Sourcing categories;
  • Identify intelligent cost control measures and potential aspects to allow cost control;
  • Procure products or services for Indirect Sourcing Services and respective categories within pre-defined threshold / scope​
  • Negotiation support to Sourcing Managers & Category Managers;
  • Responsible for achieving savings, payment term increase, preferred supply base and other procurement targets​ (Procurement Contract re-/negotiation and Price Reduction);
  • Processing Purchase Requests as per agreed threshold​;
  • Identifying catalogue opportunities and catalogue creation​;
  • Identifying opportunities for digital marketplace extension;
  • Keeping direct contact with marketplace providers and work on marketplace related issue resolution​;
  • Using preferred suppliers to procure goods/services, assisting to business in finding the right supplier for their product/service needs​;
  • Overseeing the supply market, business practice and local legislation​;
  • Initiating vendor creations/extensions and any other data maintenance in regards of onboarding​;
  • Ensuring that procurement policies and controls are followed​;
  • Analyzing vendor agreements to identify new SCF opportunities. Overall SCF governance and issue resolution; ​
  • Supporting preparation & execution of e-sourcing projects and events​;
  • Conducting and monitoring e-sourcing events​;
  • Providing operation support such as: NDA, Contract amendment, supplier qualification​.



Candidate profile:

  • Good English skills;
  • Expert level in Procurement, Managing Supplier Data, PR to PO Lifecycle processes;
  • Sourcing to Contract skills (contract re-/negotiation and price reduction);
  • Experience of working on SAP/Oracle/Ariba;
  • Technology Exposure - SAP environments/Ariba/similar system;
  • Sourcing Experience;
  • BPO Experience of 2 years minimum in procurement operations;
  • Bachelor degree.
