Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced n8n Specialist to design, develop, and maintain our workflow automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with n8n and a strong understanding of APIs and automation best practices. This role is crucial for helping us streamline operations by identifying and automating repetitive tasks, ensuring our processes are efficient, scalable, and well-documented.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust workflow automation solutions using the n8n platform.

- Integrate various APIs and services such as Slack, Gmail, Airtable, Notion, Trello, and Google Sheets to create seamless, automated workflows.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify repetitive tasks and strategically convert them into efficient, automated flows.

- Proactively monitor and troubleshoot existing workflows to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Implement robust security, error handling, and logging mechanisms for all automations to maintain data integrity and system health.

- Create clear and comprehensive documentation for all workflows and provide training and support to internal users.

- Stay updated with the latest n8n nodes and capabilities, recommending new features and improvements to enhance our automation landscape.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven experience using n8n for workflow automation (minimum 3 years preferred).

- Solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth for seamless integration.

- Familiarity with JavaScript and JSON for building custom function nodes and handling data transformations.

- Experience with low-code/no-code platforms and a passion for automation.

- Knowledge of automation best practices, including efficient error handling and logging.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple automation projects from conception to completion.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
