The Role:

We are seeking a talented DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. He / She will be responsible for automating and streamlining the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to enable rapid and reliable deployments of our fintech applications. This role will work closely with development, security, and operations teams to ensure a seamless software delivery pipeline.

Responsibilities:

· Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).

· Automate the software delivery pipeline using CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab/hub CI/CD).

· Configure and manage cloud infrastructure platforms (e.g., AWS).

· Develop and implement monitoring and logging solutions to ensure application health and performance.

· Perform incident response and troubleshooting to resolve production issues.

· Collaborate with development teams to ensure efficient and secure deployments.

· Stay up-to-date on emerging DevOps technologies and best practices.

· Continuously improve the DevOps processes and tools within the organization.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

· Minimum of 5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or a related role.

· Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and methodologies.

· Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.

· Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms. AWS certified cloud practitioner certificate at a minimum of associate level is mandatory though professional is desired.

· Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet).

· Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

· Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) is a plus.

· Basic scripting skills ( php, node, .net, Python) are essential.

· Must have worked in regulated environment companies in BFSI space directly or in IT companies that has REs as their clients.
